A local operation, start to finish
Hyndman Halal Meat LLC was founded in 2021 on a simple premise: families, farmers, restaurants, and institutions in this region deserved access to genuinely halal meat from a local, trusted operation — not shipped from a distant warehouse, and not compromised by uncertainty about slaughter practices.
Our facility in Hyndman, Pennsylvania sits in the heart of Bedford County farm country. We raise and purchase livestock locally, operate our own slaughterhouse, and process every animal in-house. Every cut leaves our facility with the same halal integrity from the moment of slaughter to the moment it reaches your table.
We serve a wide range of customers — Muslim families across Pennsylvania, Maryland, and West Virginia who depend on us for everyday halal meat; farms that bring their own livestock for halal slaughter; restaurants and grocery stores that need a reliable halal supplier; and mosques and community organizations that come to us for Qurbani and Aqiqah.
